Hi and Welcome to Scout Home Inspections
Buying a new home is a big decision, and for some it can be a bit daunting. It is my goal to provide you with useful and accurate property inspection reports to aid you in your home buying decision. At the end of your inspection I will sit down with you and ensure you have a full understanding of my findings. I also encourage you to come along with me as I inspect your new home to see first hand what I see.
I offer a variety of inspection services and options for you to choose from which will enable you to customize the inspection of your new home.
As with all Home Inspectors in Texas, I am licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission TREC#23006, and provide the standard TREC approved report format with pictures, comments and notes. I strive to make my reports easy to read and leave the techno-babble out. This is YOUR house and my goal is to give you peace of mind.
